Have you ever been hesitant to share your experiences with the people who care about you, for fear of overwhelming them?
Have you felt like others are unable to truly empathize with your experiences, thoughts, and/or feelings?
I was born with a rare genetic condition called homozygous-familial-hypercholesterolemia. As such, I have lived my entire life beating the odds. I became very much aware of the essence of my mortality at a young age, which has fostered and developed a unique positive realist perspective. From empathizing to goal setting, from morale coaching to perspective-taking - I am here.
While no life is easy, I believe that the resilience of one can be a catalyst for finding strength in us all. And, it is my goal to help support and build hope within anyone who may find themselves going through some hard, heavy shit.
